How to Make a Banana and Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon strawberry jam
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
1 cup almond milk

Directions


In a blender or smoothie maker, combine strawberries, banana, strawberry jam, flax seed meal and almond milk.  Process until smooth.  Add ice as desired.
